I just wanted to let you know that you have helped me a lot through my transformation. When I first met you I weighed 289lbs @ 35% body fat, as of now I am currently 220lbs @ 17% body fat. I started following Conor's program in late January of (2006), incorporating his nutrition plan and one on one training sessions. Before working with Conor, I was not in very good shape and lacked confidence in my abilities.
